1. How long does it normally take for an order to be delivered? Generally, products on the Truso website are in stock and availability is immediate. In this case, the product will be delivered within 1 working day from receipt of payment for the major centres. Deliveries to an outlying area (more than 60km's out of a central town) generally take slightly longer (2-5 working days from receipt of payment). If a particular product is not in stock, the lead times for ordering the product will be provided in the Product Details section of the website. Please note that Greatheart Gifts products are custom-made to meet your requirements so there is a 2 week lead time for these products. Diana Carmichael products may also have a 1-2 week lead time, if stock is not readily available. 2. How long does it take for Gift Hampers to be delivered? Once payment confirmation has been received, gift hamper deliveries take 1 working day to all major centres countrywide. Deliveries to an outlying area (more than 60km's out of a central town) generally take slightly longer (2-3 working days). Orders/payments must be received by 13h00 on any business day to qualify for overnight delivery on the following business day. There will be no delivery service on weekends and public holidays. Deliveries are outsourced to a courier company. Please note it is the sender's responsibility to ensure that the person will be at the said delivery address to receive their gift. Delivery to hospitals, maternity wards, nursing homes, government buildings, etc. will be made to the relevant reception area. All orders must be signed for. Yes, Truso sells aprons at wholesale prices to retailers and to individuals who want to place a large order (e.g. kids aprons as a give-away for a kids baking party).
